Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days within 1 to 10 working days. However, we do not always succeed in doing so. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs depend on the parcel service and are shown when you checkout your products
Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of the delivery service of your choice (PostNL, DHL or Mondial Relay). In general, delivery will take place the next working day after dispatch between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
